Getting to grips

Another good point: using an electric quad bike is easier than using a conventional model, with simplified controls. There’s no need to take too long to get used to it: 14 year-olds with a BSR and 18 year-olds with a driving licence will enjoy it in no time (NB: passenger accepted from age 10).

Sit back comfortably on board the quad and let yourself be guided. Quad touring becomes child’s play thanks to the progressive accelerator and intuitive braking. A simple flick of the thumb is all it takes to move forward smoothly, while the suspension perfectly absorbs any unevenness in the terrain.

Piloting sensations are there for the taking, while maintaining a serene and controlled ride. The natural body position and manoeuvrability of the machine allow you to enjoy the scenery to the full, without excessive fatigue.

The e-rando Quad package

The service is aimed at both groups (colleagues, friends…) and individual customers. In the latter case, a minimum of 3 quads is required.

A great time to share!

After a short briefing, you’ll be propelled by the 4-wheel drive of your quad, immersed in the beautiful wine-growing landscape of Chinon. As there can be two of you per quad, a change of driver can take place in the middle of the ride, which lasts around 1h30.

And as great adventures make you thirsty, extend your outing with a tasting of the wines (and grape juices) of the Pierre and Bertrand Couly estate. A Chinon, Chinon nothing! 😉

And why don’t you try out other types of activity too? At the same time, the e-rando Quad company is developing other activities in Touraine, such as electric scooters, gyropodes and the Aroo Arena park.

Open every day including Sundays, the Pierre and Bertrand Couly estate also offers different types of tour, an escape game, as well as various workshops throughout the year.

Practical information

Equipment is provided on site: helmet, gloves and hygienic cap. Just remember to wear closed shoes and clothing suited to the weather conditions. In the event of rain, the walk is maintained except in extreme conditions – the adventure will be all the more memorable!

For groups of 8 or more, special packages are available with the possibility of organising lunch in the winery after the walk. A unique experience that combines the pleasure of driving with the discovery of the Chinon terroir.
