Good plans Travel smart!

Why choose between budget and pleasure when you can have both? Here’s a selection of great ways to visit more, spend less and enjoy every minute of your stay!

Tours City Pass

Opt for a 24h, 48h or 72h pass from the Office de Tourisme et des Congrès de Tours. You’ll gain access at reduced rates to the various museums in the capital of Tours, a guided tour of the city, and the châteaux of Azay-le-Rideau and Villandry.

Other good plans

Admission to the Château d’Azay-le-Rideau is free on the first Sunday of the months from November to March. The same goes for the Musée des Beaux-Arts in Tours, every month of the year!

The Touraine Vacances application offers Passes giving access to discounts from a large number of partners.

An e-commerce showcase for Touraine shops, the Shop-in-Touraine has a promotional section in particular.

As far as accommodation is concerned, several campsites and holiday residences are partners of VACAF, the Caisses d’Allocations Familiales holiday departure assistance programme. When booking by telephone, Village Vacances La Saulaie offers rates that take into account the family quotient. Also note the existence of a “promotion” section on the Gîtes de France de Touraine website.

Your other wishes

Choosing Touraine for your holidays is a good idea in itself 😉 Walks, visits, tastings… there’s always a good reason to put down your bags in the Loire Valley!
