From museum to garden, children explore the art of portraiture! After the visit, it's time to get creative: they create an Arcimboldo version of Rabelais or Gargantua, using leaves, herbs and petals picked on the spot.
Using garden flora, the workshop invites children to create a plant portrait. The aim of this plant-based workshop is to introduce young visitors to the art of portraiture by collecting garden leaves and grasses. Arcimboldo-style portraits are proposed, featuring the writer Rabelais and his giant character. Before the workshop, children discover the museum and the various portraits along the way. Ages 7 and up.
