L'Auberge du Prieuré – the Clos Lucé's Renaissance cuisine restaurant – offers two fun workshops based on the flavours and traditions of yesteryear.
- ‘Discovering the spices of the Middle Ages and the Renaissance’ puts your senses to the test: you will have to recognise different spices and spot the odd one out among fifteen, all within a time limit set by an hourglass.
- ‘The art of the table’ invites you to recreate two contrasting worlds: the sumptuous table of the lords and the more modest table of the peasants, before immortalising the result with a family photo.
