Conditions of entry
? The competition is open to all, amateurs and professionals alike, with no age limit.
? Participants are divided into five categories:
1 - Young artists (under 12)
2 - Young artists (12-18 years)
3 - Great artists: dry techniques (pencil, charcoal, pastel, etc.)
4 - Great artists: watercolor
5 - Great artists: oil/acrylic
