At 16, while others were dreaming of scooters, Nicolas chose a calisson machine! His passion for confectionery has been passed down through the generations of his family. Today, he invites you to discover his treasure trove in Amboise: a fascinating museum containing almost 2,000 items, including machines weighing over two tonnes! These include a rolling machine dating from 1910, used to shape lollipops, a sugar cooker, a sugared almond turbine, and many other marvels.
