Aude Freslon (Mélilo, caterer & private chef) invites you to discover the art of "Grazing", a culinary practice that transforms your tables into colorful edible tableaux. The workshop will begin with the preparation of amuse-bouches (local and seasonal products), which will then come to life on individual aperitif boards composed according to your inspiration. A convivial tasting of the culinary works will bring the event to a close.
