Heirs to an illustrious family line of seven generations of great musicians from Jaipur in Rajasthan, Amrat Hussain and his family members have mastered to perfection the classical, Sufi and traditional repertoire of northern India. Just as their ancestors played in the palaces of India, the trio continues this musical tradition throughout the world. Carried away by the sensual, skilful swirls of dance, they dare to bring together the modernity of Bollywood music and dance, rhythmic, joyful and colorful.
