C'est la vie is a theatrical, bioacoustic sound fantasy for singer and instrumentalist. In three tableaux (>, > and >), the two artists address key moments in our planet's history when human beings became a living force with a strong imprint.
Texts are borrowed from Aeschylus, Camus, Novarina and a genius mad scientist (and Tourangeau) from the 19th century: Augustin Mouchot.
The music alternates between electro-organic, neo-baroque and post-musette atmospheres. The ensemble tries to remain light-hearted despite the seriousness of the subject.
