Created in 1982, this ensemble of forty top singers is the only professional men?s choir in France. It is directed by Lieutenant-Colonel Aurore Tillac and her deputy, Commander Émilie Fleury, both graduates of the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse in Paris and Lyon respectively. Both in France and abroad, the Ch?ur de l?Armée française performs in conjunction with official events, musical seasons and festivals, and collaborates with numerous orchestras.
