At the heart of end and is a 19-meter-long tapestry produced especially for the exhibition. Here, Koen Taselaar returns to the narrative vocation of the great historical tapestries, such as the famous Angers "Tapestry of the Apocalypse". Taking an encyclopedic approach to tales of the end of the world, which have been around for millennia, and imbued with the whimsical humor that characterizes his work, the artist creates a "black comedy".
