At a time when the world is confronted with political, social and ecological tensions, the Noir Matters exhibition sketches out a map of contemporary resistance. Drawn from the heart of the Margaux and Raphaël Blavy collection, it brings together artists from the African continent, its diasporas and other critical geographies. These radical visual works confront violence, historical amnesia, ecological collapse and social exclusion, weaving sensitive and political links between memory and creation.
