On the program: two original and dynamic disciplines: - fITDANCE: combining rhythmic choreography and cardio fitness to a variety of music, - bALLESCULPT: a fully danced and choreographed class combining fitness and ballet, with no pre-requisites. BALLESCULPT works muscle tone, cardio, balance, coordination and flexibility in a dynamic, relaxed atmosphere - an activity we are currently the only ones to offer in the Indre-et-Loire region. This event will be open to all participants wishing to discover these activities in a friendly and caring atmosphere.
