At the heart of the Loire Valley, in the village of Chançay, between Tours and Amboise, come and meet Myriam, the granddaughter and wife of winemakers, and live a complete wine experience at the heart of her family's winery, in the vineyard of Vouvray.

The objective of this tasting is to give you the keys to analyse a wine, appreciate its qualities and talk about it using appropriate vocabulary to put words to your sensations. Sensory workshops will enable you to discover how our 5 senses are used when tasting a wine and what the different phases of tasting are. In particular, you will practice recognising the aromas of wines. This moment can also be the opportunity to discover local food that can possibly be served with the wines.
