Guided by Julie, you will learn in small groups how to feed the leaven, knead, shape and bake your own bread from A to Z. At the end of the day, you'll leave with your own bread and sourdough, so you can make more and more at home!
Program:
*Complete guided production of your first sourdough bread. Making dough, kneading, shaping, scarifying and baking your first sourdough loaf.
*Collective preparation of lunch using sourdough (ingredients and recipes provided).
