The must-haves du Val d'Amboise

Amboise, a tourist town par excellence, boasting three châteaux (Château royal d’Amboise, Château du Clos Lucé, Château Gaillard) plus the Pagode de Chanteloup, but also the Mini-Châteaux park, the Caves Ambacia, as well as its large Sunday market.

By bike, La Loire à Vélo takes you to the Château de Chaumont-sur-Loire (Loir-et-Cher) and Tours, while bicycle loop no. 47 (“La voie royale”) descends due south to the château de Chenonceau.
