Aurélie and Jérémy FRANÇOIS (Maitre Restaurateur) carry out a nice team work both alone behind their stoves. A small room of 15/18 places where they made the choice to voluntarily propose you a single menu, served for the whole of the guests, to better propose you a fresh kitchen, and a controlled and discrete service.
Jérémy personally selects local agricultural products from their region less than 30 km away. The vegetables, fruits and aromatic herbs come mainly from their various vegetable gardens and orchards. Even the bread is homemade
