A history of charm and tradition
Built in 1786 as a coaching inn, the establishment has been transformed over the generations under the impetus of the Famille Jeudi, guardians of the premises for over a century. In the three adjoining lounges, the charm of yesteryear converses with contemporary elegance, while the inn’s potager nourishes the traditional French cuisine served to guests.
The century-old stones now house a haven of peace where Antoine Jeudi and Julien Perrodin perpetuate the culinary art with passion. The plant-based menu rubs shoulders with luscious creations inspired by the terroir.
