Description
%C0 Through painting, pastels, ink, collage, as well as movement, music, and spontaneous writing, explore your inner world by combining creativity, sensory exploration, and music. Open to everyone; no artistic experience required.
Creative exploration workshops are spaces for free and intuitive creation, designed as sensory interludes to slow down, feel, and create in new ways. Through painting, pastels, ink, collage, as well as movement, music, and spontaneous writing, everyone is invited to explore their inner world. The focus is on the experience of the creative process rather than on the aesthetic result. Each session, guided by an inspiring theme, combines creation, sensory exploration, music, and time for sharing in a supportive environment. Open to everyone, with no artistic prerequisites.
