Come and run, have fun or take up a challenge in the Bouchardais area on one of the two nature races with the Bouchardais Fire Brigade:
- La Petite Foulée, a 6-kilometre trail and road race.
- La Grande Foulée, a 12-kilometer race that varies between road and trail.

- La Grande Foulée 12 kilometers long, varying from road to trail. You'll pass through Tavant, Sazilly and Brizay.
Accessible to all levels and very pleasant to run. Starts at 9:30 a.m.
