This program will feature Preludes by Johann Sebastian Bach, César Franck and Claude Debussy, followed by Schubert?s Impromptu à variations in B-flat major and Chopin?s Impromptus. Finally, François Cornu will comment on Franz Liszt?s relationship with Maurice Ravel, comparing the former?s Jeux d?eau à la Villa d?Este in 1877 with the latter?s famous Jeux d?eau composed in 1901.
