When night falls over the Domaine Royal de Château-Gaillard, it reveals a different side to itself… By candlelight alone, step through the castle gates for a timeless tour, amidst shadows and light. Accompanied by your guide, let yourself be led through the salons and historic rooms of the estate, as the destinies, passions, intrigues and anecdotes of its illustrious owners are revealed, from the Renaissance to the present day. Access via 29 Allée du Pont Moulin, 37400 Amboise. Dogs are welcome in the grounds or, if carried, inside the château. Remember to bring a torch, warm clothing and sturdy closed-toe shoes.
