Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced seamstress, come share a friendly moment while supporting a great cause. - Sophrology Workshops at 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Discover simple breathing, relaxation, and pain management techniques to take care of yourself and reconnect with your positive resources. Spaces are limited to 8 people per session; registration required. Information booth for the “Au Sein des Femmes de Touraine” association from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. An event open to everyone.
