For this second stop, Plein Phare hands the reins over to %E0 Jou%E9 Images and takes the audience on a journey where reality slowly begins to crack. Ghosts, grief, mind control, traumatic memories, and fake experts with dubious methods make up a selection of short films where unease and tenderness often go hand in hand. Blurring the lines between psychological thrillers, understated fantasy, and absurd humor, these stories keep viewers guessing without ever losing sight of the characters’ essence. In parallel, François Géhan’s black-and-white sculptures take over the gallery with their hybrid silhouettes and improbable worlds. Le Chai de Thélème will provide the evening’s accompaniment with its organic wines, as free-spirited as they are unique.
