"1,2,3...wines" by Une Autre Cave Friday, October 16 through Sunday, October 18: 11:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m. (Duration: 1 hour) A brief introduction to wine tasting through sensory awareness Sommelier Thierry Truffert kicks off the workshop by presenting the three stages of wine tasting with the aid of visual aids. A cheat sheet created by Thierry Truffert, in bookmark format and titled “1,2,3…wine,” is provided to participants. Three wines, accompanied by appetizers, are tasted. Participants share their thoughts and interact with one another as they write their tasting notes. The session is introductory, sensory, and fun. Workshop not open to children
