Come and observe these majestic animals: it is a rare privilege, reserved for those who venture into the woods at the right time and who respect the tranquillity of the forest during this pivotal period.
The rutting season for large deer heralds the arrival of autumn; more specifically,the rut usually begins in mid-September. It lasts for about a month, until mid-October. During this period, does are fertile for no more than 24 hours, which makes the stags particularly alert and active.
