Founded by Isabelle and Sébastien in 2025, Domaine Gaud is a young, family-run estate spanning 5.40 hectares in Tavant, in the heart of the Chinon appellation. “We established the estate and converted an old building into a winery to craft our wines. With each passing season, we’re building our legacy as winemakers and sharing our vintages and our passion for the terroir with you.”
