In the heart of Touraine, a region renowned for its Châteaux (Chenonceau, Villandry, Azay le Rideau, Chinon, Langeais, etc.) and vineyards (Chinon, Bourgeuil, St Nicolas, Vouvray, Montlouis), you'll be within 20 to 40 minutes of all these historic and wine-growing treasures... and much more besides! The 3,000 m² property is a quiet, leafy site, housing in separate but close buildings your own totally independent vacation nest and the home of the owners (a very discreet couple and their daughter). The owners sometimes pass in front of the gîte entrance to access their vegetable garden or the 3000 m² meadow where they keep 6 particularly sociable goats, which they will be delighted to introduce to you if you wish! You also have immediate access to a hiking and mountain-biking trail. The owne
