At the heart of the Loire Valley, close to the Fontevraud Abbey, at the centre of the Loire Anjou Touraine nature park, between the Saumur and Chinon vineyards.

Characterful gîte on a fully restored rural property (C18-C19) which also has 2 guestrooms in an outbuilding. Grnd flr: sitting rm (phone with restricted line), kitchen, 1st bedrm (1 dble bed 160cm wide, shower rm, WC). 1st floor: sitting rm (sofa), 2nd bedrm (2 sgle beds, bathroom, WC), 3rd bedroom, en suite (1 dble bed 160cm wide, bathroom, WC) connected to nursery (changing table, basin, highchair,cot, wc). Electric heating. Landscaped garden (BBQ, swing, table tennis, garden furn.). Access to owner's swimming-pool with safety access, in accordance with timetable. Sheet hire (extra cost). Mid season (15/05 to 11/06/2010) reduction.
