A haven of peace and greenery, this gîte, at the start of the Wine Trail, will win you over with its panoramic views over the Vienne Valley, its location at the heart of the Loire castles region and proximity to all amenities.

15 min walk from the centre of Chinon, a 17th century wine grower's house situated on the hill side. You will be sharing the 6000 m² grounds, a 11.5 x 5m swimming pool and a solarium with the owners, a B & B and a 3 person rental. Grnd. floor: living/sitting rm (fireplace) opening onto a fitted kitchen with beams. 1st floor: Bedroom 1 (1 dble bed), bedrm 2 (2 sgle beds), shower rm, wc. WIFI. Electric heating included. Private garden 100 m² (table tennis, bike shelter). All inclusive price (heating, electricity, end of stay cleaning, sheets, towels). Tourist tax extra charge.
