In Touraine, in the heart of the Loire castles, vineyards and gastronomy, 3 km from Château de Villandry, at the confluence of the Cher and Loire rivers, Manoir du Plessis is set in the middle of the countryside, amid 20 hectares of wheat fields. Its architecture is highly original, harmoniously blending four distinct centuries of our history (15th to 18th centuries). Almost 100 years in the family: acquired in 1927 by writer and lecturer René Benjamin (Goncourt 1915), this group of buildings, built around a large square courtyard, is exceptionally harmonious. The Manoir du Plessis has been listed as a Monument Historique since 1948.
