In Touraine, more than a hundred tourist sites offer an inclusive offer, with services and facilities adapted to people with disabilities (motor, hearing, visual, mental).
THE TOURISM AND DISABILITY MARK
Supported by committed professionals, these initiatives are part of the Tourisme et Handicap approach to promoting access to leisure, culture and holidays for as many people as possible, guaranteeing the greatest possible independence.
Carried out by the Touraine ADT and a representative of a disabled people’s association, assessment visits check compliance with the label’s regulations (regulatory criteria and comfort of use). Accommodation, places to visit, restaurants, activities, tourist offices… it’s up to you to organise your holiday!
