To mark the national "Rendez-vous aux jardins" event in which the château is taking part, let Maxime, chef at Tours à Table, guide you in preparing a springtime lunch. Depending on the schedule, you can visit and discover the château before or after your workshop. Choose your workshop: 12h : Spring ravioli with peas and Sainte Maure de Touraine, fresh pea coulis Strawberry mousse with mascarpone 14h : Financiers with pistachios, hazelnuts and strawberries, homemade whipped cream Strawberry tartlets, pastry cream Please note Ingredients and equipment provided. Workshop duration: 1 hour, followed by a 30-minute tasting session Limited number of participants. Price includes free tour of the château
