On August 8, Charnizay hosts the 5th retrospective of the hill climb race created in 1969. In the past, drivers would take to the track?s sweeping bends in time trials that have become emblematic of the town. Today, this competition is being revived in the form of unranked demonstrations, in a spirit of passion and sharing. Alpine (TAG) will bring the historic route back to life for the pleasure of the public. In addition, a Rétro Mécanique exhibition will feature old tractors and vintage engines. A convivial and festive day organized by the Comité des fêtes, with refreshments and refreshment stands on site.
