Emblematic of our region, we offer genuine Rillettes de Tours IGP, but also Rillons, products based on Géline de Touraine, Poulette or Pigeon de Racan, spreads made with goat's cheese, asparagus, fish rillettes cooked by professional Loire fishermen, the famous Poires Tapées and other jams, confectionery, cookies, chocolates, spices and condiments made in our beautiful region!
