Cheese and wine tasting at the Brebis du Lochois farm, near the town of Loches. Enjoy a wine-tasting experience with farmhouse cheeses and organic wines in an authentic setting. Enjoy a unique afternoon excursion to the Brebis du Lochois farm. Immerse yourself in an unspoilt environment, where you'll watch sheepdogs at work, take part in milking and discover how cheese is made. Geoffrey Nivard will then guide guests through a tasting of the farm's cheeses and formages by Meilleur Ouvrier de France Rodolphe Le Meunier, paired with organic wines from the Loire Valley. Available Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays from 2pm, by reservation only (minimum 2 people), May to September.
